Work, Work, Work

There is always something to do! The children are trying to get finished with their studies for this last school year. The laundry seems to be a never-ending task! Dishes are always stacking up, so we are switching to disposable for a while! Phone calls and decisions are being made. I am contemplating the daunting task of sorting through everything to make a decision - sell, pack for the trip to Thailand or pack for storage. However, through all of this and many other things, I have to set aside a time to rest, not just because of the pregnancy, but for the sanity of all of our family!!! The Bible says, "if any would not work, neither should he eat." Since I have to eat for two, I guess I have to work for two! Haha! I thank God everyday for my family and that I have the ability to work and do things for them. I thank God that I have work to do because that means He knows I am able to do it. I thank God that He has entrusted four beautiful children to us and that there is one more coming. God's blessings are endless. Sometimes, we just have to look past the mundane tasks of everyday life to see how blessed we are. I am extremely thankful for a husband who is so helpful and that can spend so much time everyday with us. God has much in store for us and I know that much of what we go through is in preparation for what is to come. To Him be all the glory!!!

Change is Coming!

Our prayer letter has been mailed out notifying our friends and supporters of our upcoming move to Thailand! We are so excited about what God has in store for us. The children are excited about living in a country where they can go and ride an elephant!!! Please pray for us as we have much to do in the next few months. We will have to decide what to sell and what to keep, what to take and what to store! With the baby coming in September, I am getting bigger every day and running out of energy. Pray for Lee, Cynthia and Andrew as they are trying to finish up the school year. They are somewhat behind. Thank the Lord, Randy is helping me get them through what is left. God has a lot for us "around the corner." I am looking forward to sharing with you the changes as He takes us through them!

I Gave In!!!

Well, I decided I may as well join the crowd, so to speak! I am going to try this for a while and see if I can keep up with it. The Lord is allowing many changes to happen in our lives in the following months, so I think this may be an easier way to share with everyone how He is working in our lives.
